It is widely accepted that in order to be considered responsible, an organisation must "do well and do good". This idea is at the core of most Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concepts.  The challenge of how to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into work practices has led to wider reflection on process.  CSR and the SDGs together have the potential to develop an interconnected model for sustainable growth.

The Time4Sustainable Development (T4SD) project focuses on supporting organisations to integrate the SDGs into CSR strategy and working practices.

Through the facilitation of team-based design-thinking workshops we are supporting the development of ideas generation and practical and appliable solutions.

The T4SD project has developed and tested a professional development programme (CPD) for trainers and educators for facilitating this approach within organisations. The CPD programme is based on contextualised faciliation competences.

The outcomes of our piloting clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in engaging employees in the sustainability agenda and creating a positive sense of ownership.
